A video call cannot provide a hands-on examination. Camera angle, connection quality, or your surroundings can limit what the physiotherapist can observe. Some concerns cannot be assessed safely online; an in-person assessment or medical review may be recommended.

Online physiotherapy is not emergency care. Sudden severe weakness, facial droop, difficulty speaking, chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, major trauma, or loss of consciousness needs immediate emergency or medical attention, not an online enquiry.

Is this an instant video appointment?
No. Send a request first. The PhysioGood team reviews your enquiry, discusses suitability and availability with you, and confirms a time if a video consultation can be arranged. A request alone is not a confirmed appointment.
Where does the video call take place?
If a consultation is arranged, we agree on a platform with you. You can request WhatsApp video, Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. The team confirms what works and shares joining details after a time is agreed. This website does not start or host a video call.
How much is an online physiotherapy consultation?
The online physiotherapy consultation fee is ₹650 per consultation. Send an enquiry first; the team checks suitability and availability before confirming a time and video platform. This website does not take payment or confirm an appointment automatically.
Do home-visit package prices apply to video calls?
No. The published packages and ₹850 per-visit rate are for home visits only. Online physiotherapy consultations cost ₹650 per consultation and are arranged separately after your enquiry is reviewed.
What if I need a hands-on assessment?
Video cannot replace hands-on examination. If your concern needs an in-person assessment, the physiotherapist may recommend a home visit or medical review instead. Home-visit suitability and coverage are confirmed separately.
Should I send medical reports in my first request?
Please share only your contact details and a brief description of your concern in the initial booking request. The team can tell you what information may be useful later.
What if I cannot use video?
You can still contact the team to talk about your situation. If remote consultation is not suitable for you, ask whether a physiotherapy home visit may be an option in your Hyderabad locality.
