What we collect

When you use an enquiry or booking form, we collect the information you choose to submit, including your name, mobile number and the details needed to understand your request. Please do not include sensitive medical history in the initial message.

Why and where it is handled

We use enquiry information to review your request, contact you about it and coordinate a possible next step. Submitted lead records are stored in the service database (PostgreSQL) and may be accessed by operational staff who handle enquiries. Enquiries may also be mirrored into a staff-only Google Sheet.

Optional website activity reports

Only after you allow analytics, we record public page views, contact-button clicks and booking-flow events, together with the event time and a broad traffic-source label such as Google Ads or Instagram. These reports do not contain your name, phone number, message, medical form answers, search terms, full referrer URL, URL query strings, ad click identifiers or a visitor profile. Private staff pages are excluded.

Activity is saved in our service database and mirrored into staff-only Google Sheets. Minimal, aggregated activity alerts may be delivered to the team through Telegram when connected. A click does not establish that a call connected, a message was sent or an appointment was confirmed. Website reports cannot measure conversations that happen directly inside other platforms.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may also run when configured and you allow analytics. You can decline analytics without losing access to booking or contact options, and use the website's analytics choices to change your decision. Please do not include sensitive health information in your message.
